About this Capital Campaign
Today, the Curwensville Regional Development Corporation along with Curwensville Borough begins an ambitious effort to redevelop our downtown business district and continue building our region for future generations. The Curwensville Blue Print for Prosperity Capital Campaign will raise the matching funds needed to secure grants for updates to the streetscape with new sidewalks, trees, bike racks, seating, improvements to public parking, crosswalks, new pocket parks and increased internet broadband. The continued success of our town relies upon maintaining and enhancing these elements that contribute to the area’s desirability and distinction.
The Curwensville Blueprint for Prosperity Capital Campaign is part of a larger economic development strategy to strengthen our broader region as a desirable place for families to live, companies to locate or expand their businesses and to enhance the quality of life amenities that will attract a labor force of skilled talent for area businesses.
We need your help to create matching funds to develop this dynamic environment for residents,
students, visitors and businesses. Our ultimate goal is to raise $150,000 over the next 18 months that will fund $3 million in projects.
